Company Garden
Company Garden is a splendid garden laid out during the reign of Maharaja Shiva Dan Singh in 1868 AD. The special setting of the garden is called Shimla and was built by Maharaja Mangal Singh in 1885 AD. A chhatri with unusual Bengali roof and arches, known as the Moosi Maharani ki Chhatri is in the garden.
Vijay Mandir Palace
Vijay Mandir Palace is situated at a distance of 10 km from the city. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh in 1918 AD, the palace commands a marvelous view of the lake. Many devotees visit Sita Ram Temple in the palace particularly during Ramnavami. The ground floor houses many government offices and district courts while the upper floor has been converted into a museum.
